Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, the courier may attempt delivery again or return the package to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review your request and resolve it as quickly as possible.
